Jasper Hill Farm is a family-owned dairy farm with an on-site creamery and underground seven vault aging facility in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont, USA. We have a specialized hay-dryer, providing local grass pasture feed all year round. We also propagate their own indigenous cheese cultures, which is a traditional cheesemaking skill almost entirely lost in the USA – creating more diverse culture profiles that don’t rely on the limited cultures available to the rest of the cheese industry. We make the highest quality products possible that both express our Taste of Place and support the local Vermont working landscape and community.
